About The Position

As a Nike Retail Accounting Admin, you will serve as the face of NIKE, engaging with customers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Your role will focus on customer service, supporting your team in achieving goals, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. You will be responsible for various accounting and cashiering tasks while embodying the Nike culture of teamwork and innovation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Proficient knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer advanced cashiering tasks including all cash-related opening/closing duties.
• Assemble and verify cash deposits, count tills, and ensure that cashiers have adequate change on hand.
• Support scheduling through zone chart report generation and identify opportunities in daily associate coverage.
• Review associate tech functionality and store facilities to help troubleshoot, submit service tickets, and track ticket statuses.
• Perform standard cashiering duties and resolve irregular or difficult transactions.
• Process staff uniform transactions, answer telephone calls, order supplies, and submit change orders.
