Prestige CM is specialized in providing construction management and project controls services. We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for our office who is willing to learn and grow and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with experience working with construction firms. The level of the position will depend on the experience of the candidate. This position is part-time with potential to grow into full-time if willing to take on more duties. The ideal candidate will perform general office administrative, light accounting and billing assignments. Handle payroll functions as required by the organization. Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization. Process invoices for both accounts payable and accounts receivable. Manage HR functions, including screening potential candidates through job postings, and complete other tasks as assigned.
