As an Accountant at 3E, you will be a vital part of our global Accounting team, contributing to our mission of enabling a safer, more sustainable world. In this role, you will report directly to the Assistant Controller and will be responsible for leading the month-end close process, ensuring that all deadlines are met in our high-growth environment. You will prepare and reconcile payroll journal entries for both domestic and international entities, ensuring precision and accuracy in all financial transactions. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you research and analyze general ledger transactions to maintain the highest level of financial integrity. You will also be tasked with reconciling all balance sheet accounts, maintaining rigorous controls across our global operations. Supporting various financial statement audits, as well as domestic and international tax audits, will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist with Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of expenses, and collaborate with Finance & Accounting colleagues and other teams to meet reporting needs and contribute to ad hoc projects. In this fast-paced setting, your ability to prioritize tasks effectively will be essential to your success.
