Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards (e.g. GAAP) and relevant regulations (e.g. OIR).
• Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with both internal and external auditors.
• Utilize accounting software to maintain financial data and generate reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Work closely with managers and supervisors to provide financial guidance and support, collaborating with other departments to facilitate effective financial operations.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
