About The Position
As an Accountant in the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC), Budget and Accounting Division, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties related to financial management and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting systems, adherence to generally accepted accounting practices, and compliance with federal regulations. You will analyze financial data, develop guidelines for accounting programs, and ensure the integrity of financial information across the agency.
