About The Position

TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company, located in Round Rock, Texas (job site), is seeking a full-time Accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and two years of related work experience. Job duties include examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; analyzing the company’s financial information and preparing comprehensive consolidated and stand-alone financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; performing detailed profit, cost, and variance analysis, including sensitivity analysis, to evaluate margin behavior and support pricing and cost optimization decisions; conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and the accuracy of financial records; analyzing and evaluating accounting control processes and risk detection mechanisms to enhance financial accuracy and integrity; identifying intercompany transactions subject to transfer pricing regulations and ensuring appropriate documentation and reporting; and performing monthly and year-end account reconciliations. Requirements
