About The Position

What You’ll Do As an Accountant, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting core accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts Preparing complex journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations Supporting monthly close processes and consistently meeting reporting deadlines Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations Ensuring compliance with GAAP standards Reviewing contracts to identify assets and liabilities Reviewing and validating work completed by other accountants for accuracy Identifying opportunities for process improvements and proactively recommending solutions Assisting with special projects and other duties as needed Why You’ll Love Working Here You’ll be part of a collaborative accounting team that values: Accuracy and accountability Knowledge sharing and mentorship Continuous improvement and innovation Strong partnership across departments Your work will directly support sound financial decision‑making and organizational success. What You Bring To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of two (2) years of hands‑on accounting experience Education or job knowledge equivalent to a college or university undergraduate degree Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher Experience in billing, tax, and/or general ledger accounting (preferred) Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, Great Plains, or NetSuite (a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word (required) As a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc. Requirements
