About The Position

As an accountant at our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you’ll be our
finance specialist preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
that support Neighborhood in decision-making, while keeping an eye on cost.
You’ll report directly to the Vice President of Finance and work with a team
that is focused on providing high quality patient-centered care. Key
responsibilities include:

Prepare financial data entry and financial report creation.
Carry out pharmacy revenue cycle
Analyze and summarize financial statements
Support payroll and accounts payable responsibilities

You will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave, Buffalo NY
14207, but may also occasionally travel to other Neighborhood sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1-5 years of accounting experience
• Attention to detail; organized

Nice To Haves

• CPA preferred
• FQHC or healthcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of Excel, Sage accounting software, UKG, Liberty Pharmacy Software, Verity Pharmacy software, preferred
