About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, particularly in a project-based and manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting various financial processes within the company.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a project-based and/or manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with a medium-large ERP system; NetSuite preferred
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliations.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and with international teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and financial reconciliations.
Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash reporting.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) related to projects and manufacturing operations.
Support project billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
Perform costing reclassifications and analysis at month end; evaluate and reconcile cost variances.
Prepare and maintain month-end reconciliations related to inventory, projects, and manufacturing costs.
Assist, guide, and act as a key accounting contact for the AP processor, particularly during month end.
Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
