About The Position

NewVista Corporate – Accountant Full Time position in our Corporate office in Blue Ash. Reviews bi-weekly labor reports, analyzes variances, and distributes to management. Performs monthly bank account reconciliations and various balance sheet account reconciliations. Prepares balance sheet account reconciliations and work papers for quarterly balance sheet reviews by accounting management. Assists department management in preparation for various audits Other accounting projects and functions as assigned. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Work Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience preferred.
Must have the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
Excellent Excel skills are required.
Superior organizational skills, strong task management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Also important are excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external customers, and the ability to work in a team oriented environment.
A positive attitude, with a high degree of ethics and personal integrity, as well as confidentiality, are traits needed to be successful in this role.
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare accounting experience preferred.
Experience with Workday preferred.
