About The Position

As a Senior Accountant at Belle Tire, you'll play a key role in driving financial clarity and operational excellence across a fast-growing organization. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
4--6 years of accounting experience.
Proficient in SAP
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment while remaining adaptable and focused on what truly matters.
Ability to work independently with initiative and accountability, as well as collaboratively within a team.

Nice To Haves

CPA certification
Experience in a retail-based company

Responsibilities

Perform month-end and year-end close activities.
Complete and resolve balance sheet reconciliations.
Analyze Profit and Loss statements related to assigned responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
Provide support for the Finance Help Desk.
Assist with annual financial statement audit.
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, improve efficiency and drive automation.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as business needs evolve.
