About The Position

The Accountant/Fiance will support all aspects of the finance and accounting departments, including month-end close, journal entries, expense analysis, annual budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ad-hoc analysis impacting Marders business divisions as required by the finance team. Assist with regulatory compliance, auditing processes, and preparing financial statements. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience is required.
• Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role, with experience working in an accounting/finance department with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Acumatica ERP preferred.
