We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team in our regional office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting; construction industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Experience with payroll processes in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll allocations and reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide billing support and assist with related documentation.
• Conduct ad hoc project payroll analysis as needed.
• Ensure unwavering attention to detail and effective follow-up on tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
