In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.OverviewThe Accountant will prepare and analyze journal entries, perform month and year-end closings, complete general ledger, and bank reconciliations and support warehouse locations.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree plus three years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards

Responsibilities

Perform month/year-end financial analysis of actual results against budget/forecast
Prepare and analyze closing journal entries and support month-end review processes
Complete complex balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis
Evaluate transactions and record to the general ledger as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete
Research technical accounting issues and can work with management on solutions
Assist with ad-hoc projects, as needed
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
