About The Position

Our company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountants to join our automotive group. The Accountants will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive accountant with 3 to 5 years experience in accounting in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Nice To Haves

• CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Manage internal audits and controls to safeguard company assets.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
