Account Management.
Prepare monthly general and standard journal entries and account reconciliations; ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly financial statements; review and assist with budget development; maintain required records, reports and files with consistent quality assurance
Analysis.
Prepare and analyze workbooks and serve as liaison with auditors during annual audits; analyze financial reports and records; make recommendations relative to the accounting reserves, assets and expenditures
At least three (3) to five (5) years of prior relevant experience
Exceptional organizational skills and creativity
High level of computer and software competency; proficient with database administration and infrastructure; Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
Proven written and oral communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
