About The Position
The Senior Accountant is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate presentation of assigned financial accounts within the General Ledger. This role ensures the appropriateness of transactions posted to assigned accounts in compliance with GAAP, OSHPD, and other regulatory guidelines as necessary. The Senior Accountant also ensures the integrity of subsidiary system postings to the General Ledger. Additionally, this position prepares various financial reports and analyses for internal and external use, and assists in the audit/review of these reports. The Senior Accountant will also work on special projects for the accounting department as they arise.
