About The Position
The City of Bloomington is seeking an individual to manage all aspects of the $11 million Public Health division budget which includes 70% grant and contract funding and partnerships with the cities of Edina and Richfield. This position oversees the Public Health division's state and federal grants and internal City budget and Opioid Settlement Fund. This role collaborates with staff at all levels across the organization to meet grant deliverables and budgets and ensure fiscal accountability.
