About The Position

Job Description – Junior Accountant Key Responsibilities Support general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Assist with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processes Perform bank reconciliations and monitor open items Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities Assist in the preparation of financial reports and internal documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls Collaborating with cross-functional and international Finance teams Required Qualifications Understanding of basic internal controls and accounting process Authorization to work in the US Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Up to 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment Basic knowledge of US GAAP principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems considered a plus Prior experience in a multinational or shared services environment Italian language skills considered a plus Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural setting What You Will Learn Hands on exposure to the full accounting cycle Experience working with international finance teams Work Environment Collaborative, team-oriented Accounting & Tax function Interaction with both US based and international stakeholders Supportive environment with training and mentoring from senior team members Compliance & Ethics Maintain confidentiality of financial information Adhere to ethical Accounting standards This position is based in Atlanta and follows a hybrid work model. Requirements

  • Understanding of basic internal controls and accounting process
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Up to 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment
  • Basic knowledge of US GAAP principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems considered a plus
  • Prior experience in a multinational or shared services environment
  • Italian language skills considered a plus
