The incumbent serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with the State Clearinghouse, oversees federal fund draws and reporting, leads budgeting efforts, and ensures financial compliance across multiple programs. The role also includes supervision of fiscal staff and coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
