This role will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, managing accounts payable, reconciling intercompany transactions, monitoring vendor compliance, and ensuring accuracy in inventory and landed cost calculations. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in financial operations or accounting, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting of finance.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a similar role. Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., JDE, Ebix) and financial software tools.
  • Strong understanding of month-end closing, accounts payable, and inventory management processes. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Month-End Reporting – Prepare, review, and finalize monthly financial reports with accuracy and completeness.
  • Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)– Manage invoice processing, vendor payments, and resolve any AP discrepancies in a timely manner. Record and log incoming payments with precision.
  • Vendor Management – Set up and maintain vendor profiles, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Insurance Compliance – Monitor vendor insurance coverage, ensure compliance, and track renewal schedules.
  • Inventory Reporting – Generate and review inventory reports, investigate variances, and support order management.
  • Landed Cost Calculation – Accurately calculate and apply landed costs for imported goods.
  • Account Reconciliations – Perform various reconciliations not limited to intercompany accounts, back charges, warehouse and logistics costs, and other Balance Sheet and P&L accounts ensuring correct classification, adjustments etc if any if needed.
