About The Position

Computer Knowledge & Electronic Equipment Use: Demonstrates ability to consistently utilize electronic equipment and online computer programs to perform job duties, including electronic documentation, and order entry. Resource Utilization: Consistently utilizes and maintains supplies and equipment to minimize lost charges and unnecessary equipment repair-replacement. Confidentiality: Adheres to established policies on privacy and security requirements for compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as applicable by Shannon Policy. Performance: Position Specific Essential Functions Perform general accounting duties and assist in the preparation of financial reports. Assist departments in analyzing expenses and interpreting reports. Maintain chart of accounts and general ledger by preparing journal entries. Ability to make and apply independent judgment with regard to financial information. Collect and organize statistical data for financial and productivity reports. Management in analyzing and interpreting reports as well as financial and statistical information. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist in the budget process. Ability to prepare audit working papers and schedules. Coordinate and prepare the collection of submission of data with regard to outside financial productivity reporting. Performs other duties as assigned.
