RAND is seeking an Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting Department. This is a newly created position, established in response to increased compliance and audit requirements. The role provides broad exposure across multiple areas of accounting and is ideal for someone looking to build a well‑rounded foundation. You’ll have the opportunity to work on financial reporting and analysis, general ledger maintenance, journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and audit support. Because this position touches many aspects of our operations, it provides a unique chance to understand the “big picture” of how accounting supports RAND’s mission.
