Responsible for the daily activities related to managing, reporting and filing submissions to governmental agencies, such as USAC and CPUC, as well as customers. This position works closely with internal and external partners to resolve issues and to maintain accuracy and timeliness of billing, collections and cash applications. This position will report directly to the Supervisor.
