  • Audit invoice for accuracy and proper coding; ensure internal approvals are obtained.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records.
  • Assist with general ledger support, including journal entries and reconciliations (e.g., cash accruals, prepaids, Fixed Asset, Depreciation).
  • Contribute to month-end close activities and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Support adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance procedures.
  • Work independently, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Assist with other general accounting and reporting tasks as needed.
  • 3-5 years of AP or accounting experience in a corporate setting; Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • AA or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills; comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and with external vendors.
  • Advanced Excel/MS Office skills are a must.
