About The Position

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, we are excited to announce an Accountant opportunity on our CarShare and Commute Corporate team! The Accountant will perform accounting tasks specific to the CarShare and Commute divisions, including preparing and uploading monthly financial entries, analyzing monthly statements and assisting with department billing and reporting needs. This position will act as a key point of contact for the operating Groups and will assist in resolving accounting and billing questions from the field. Additionally, this position will assist in accounts receivable related processes and questions with some of the division's largest strategic accounts. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's Degree in Accounting
• Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Concentration in Accounting
• Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Assist in Group Support functions including AR Maintenance entries and managing monthly reporting needs
• Prepare journal entries, expense accruals and billing files
• Assist in analyzing monthly Statement and identify variances
• Reconcile monthly invoices from vendors and review for accuracy
• Facilitate invoicing process and assist with AR related questions
• Assist in identifying risk areas related to Commute and CarShare operations
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed
