We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team in Santa Barbara, focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). This role is ideal for individuals with strong accounting skills who are eager to contribute to a dynamic team and ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including aging reports for AP/AR
  • Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and assist with collections
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Maintain and update accounting records in compliance with company policies
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable is preferred
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
