The Account Verification Specialist will directly collaborate with various internal and external parties to verify and maintain account information. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant verifications. Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent certification
  • 18 months of administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat software
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities effectively with minimum supervision
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to protect confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with other features of Microsoft’s Office suite of applications

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all activities related to the furnishing of information to internal and third-party requests while adhering to internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information provided.
  • Conduct reasonable investigations of and respond directly to all verification requests in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to internal policies as well as industry standards and regulations when responding to all verification requests.
  • Research accounts and provide accurate, timely responses to all verification requests, including verifications of mortgages and verification of deposits.
  • Comply with applicable regulatory privacy requirements.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Post Funding Review Manager and Department.
  • Actively participate in the Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization, and follow established Bank policies and procedures.
