About The Position
The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire an Account Technician I for the Joliet Inpatient Treatment Center located in Joliet, Illinois to serve as Payroll Officer. Prepares, calculates, verifies, reconciles and processes payroll deductions, corrections, changes and revocations. Provides information to supervisors and employees regarding payroll/timekeeping issues utilizing the policy and procedures manual, contracts and personnel rules. Serves as Joliet Inpatient Treatment Center (JITC) Mental Health (MH) timekeeper. Prepares financial statements and reports for administrative staff and central office.
