The Account Support Representative at Home Telecom is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and sales support to both prospective and existing clients. This position involves consulting with customers to recommend tailored product solutions that meet their business needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the sales team's revenue goals. The representative will engage in proactive follow-ups with clients and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

  • Achieve monthly revenue and churn prevention goals as part of the sales team.
  • Consult with prospective clients to develop tailored product solutions for their business needs.
  • Assist customers seeking help with their services.
  • Conduct proactive follow-up calls with existing customers on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain quality service and encourage customer retention through collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Sales Support, and Marketing teams.
  • Accurately maintain the client database to generate sales activity reports.
  • Develop key sales skills by attending sales meetings and participating in training sessions.
  • Three or more years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage change and shifting priorities.
  • Quick learner within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience selling telecommunications and network products and services.
