Account Support Representative

The Account Support Representative works closely with car dealerships from across the U.S. to support ACV Auctions' unique business solutions. This role involves receiving inbound phone calls and emails from customers, helping to answer their questions and solve challenges they may have. The Account Support Representative will interact with and support customers throughout their day in a team environment, performing duties and tasks under minimal supervision. The required work schedule is Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 7:30 PM.
