About The Position

The Account Support Representative 4 serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, handling diverse post-sales service functions through both inbound and outbound communications. This role requires independent problem-solving abilities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This is a remote position but candidate must live in the Tampa Bay Area.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Miniumn of 4 years experience in Workers Compensation Claims and Revenue Cycle Management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in database management and information systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction Management: Directly engage with customers, sales representatives, and service teams to address provider payment inquires and service needs.
  • Request Processing: Independently handle customer and internal partner requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and retrieve documentation related to customer accounts and payment inquiries.
  • Account Information Integrity: Ensure accuracy of account information through regular updates and proper filing/management of customer documentation and forms
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive notes and information regarding payment inquiries from various providers.
  • Billing Resolution: Resolve customer billing disputes, payment issues, and credit problems
