About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our sales team and provide excellent service to our customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales reps to provide account support and updates
• Manage customer accounts, pricing, and monitor margins
• Process and track online orders, returns, and samples
• Troubleshoot transactions and online ordering issues
• Maintain online accounts and rebate contracts
• Provide accurate product information and assist with research and training
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
