About The Position

The Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations, and supervising front-line team members. This role serves as a key point of contact between operations, employees, and the client to ensure high levels of performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant coursework preferred
  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in facilities management, janitorial services, aviation, or a service‑driven environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient with basic computer applications (email, timekeeping, reporting systems)
  • Ability to remain professional and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
  • May require bending, stooping, and climbing stairs depending on site needs
  • Background checks and security clearance may be required depending on location

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support on‑site personnel, ensuring proper staffing, attendance, and performance
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards, client expectations, and contractual requirements
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain quality, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members; address performance issues and support corrective actions when needed
  • Manage schedules, timekeeping, and daily task assignments
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and operations leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with onboarding, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor supplies and equipment; report maintenance or inventory needs
  • Respond promptly to service requests, issues, or escalations
