About The Position

Drive Social Media is one of the fastest-growing advertising technology companies in the country. Born out of necessity to provide the best return on investment for our partners, Drive Social Media has developed a cloud-based advertising management platform to achieve better campaign results and transparency while improving advertising efficiencies to stimulate revenue growth. We are looking for a Digital Strategist to research and identify ways to build clients' targeted audiences and paid media placements across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: building creative strategies, tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior, creating targeted audiences, and identifying additional opportunities for partners. In order to excel in this role, applicants should have paid social, search, and SEM experience and must be comfortable with processing and analyzing marketing data. Additionally, the ideal candidate is comfortable in one-on-one consultative settings with clients. The Account Strategist will ensure account success through efficient use of client marketing budgets and appropriate audiences/channels.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, client strategy, or account management
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and/or content creation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret campaign analytics and make data-driven decisions
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency environment preferred
  • Growth mindset, self-awareness, and accountability are a must

Responsibilities

  • Own the full client relationship from onboarding through renewal
  • Recommend and configure product packages based on client needs
  • Lead reporting calls, planning meetings, and all client interactions with confidence and clarity
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategy, and prepare split test plans
  • Translate complex digital marketing results into simple, actionable insights
  • Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to execute deliverables
  • Communicate expectations clearly and proactively manage roadblocks
  • Drive client retention and fulfill monthly upsell quota
  • Maintain accurate notes, deliverables, and timelines across accounts
  • Ensure all client invoices are current
