How You'll Shine: As the Account Specialist, you will focus on supporting both the Sales team during qualification, demo and contracting stages, and will be working closely with the Account Management team to onboard new clients. You will help manage the client lifecycle by establishing solid, productive relationships to maintain ongoing partnerships with Playbook365. The Account Specialist is responsible for collecting client requirements for product enhancements and shepherding these needs through the development process to completion. This position requires a high level of relationship building and skillful communication to collaborate with new clients, internal and external stakeholders, our development team, and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Education: BA/BS Degree Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personable demeanor and professional attitude
  • Quick learner with a strong desire to always be learning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CRM experience/understanding (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
  • 1 year experience within the sports industry, specifically youth sports
  • 1 years of experience with account management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with motivation to exceed goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage the product support ticket queue to vet new tickets, fix lower-level issues, implement basic new requests, and keep the queue clean. (30% time)
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process and during product demonstrations, guiding potential customers through core features and benefits of our software and addressing technical questions and concerns. (30%)
  • Assist with technical onboarding, including setup, configuration, and integration of the software for new clients; providing training and product guidance to new users during the onboarding phase.(30%)
  • Meet with clients as necessary to discuss issues, get additional information, and teach them about our platform in a way that builds warm, positive customer relationships.
  • Document new feature enhancements and client self-service tutorials, and provide feedback to leadership on how to improve processes for more efficient, customer-centered outcomes
  • Work on new site implementation (10% time)
