The position involves delivering an exceptional customer experience for a defined portfolio of high-risk borrowing accounts. The role requires supporting the management and administration of these accounts, ensuring that all reports, entries, monitoring systems, and other requirements are executed and maintained in a timely and accurate manner. Compliance with all Bank Policies & Procedures and standards is paramount, and the individual will advise stakeholders of any risk-related issues, escalating them as necessary. In this role, the individual will develop solutions and make recommendations based on a thorough understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs. They will provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on the implementation of these solutions, maintaining and enhancing their knowledge around lending issues, including loan structure, collateral, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and the various regulations that directly impact the Bank. The position requires breaking down strategic problems and analyzing data and information to provide insights and recommendations. The individual will support change management of varying scope and type, focusing on execution and sustainment activities. They will also provide input into the planning and implementation of operational programs, executing work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service. Responsibilities include preparing and executing service requests, transactions, queries, etc., within relevant service level agreements, ensuring that information systems are updated accordingly. The individual will prepare, renew, and monitor securities documentation for account and transaction requirements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives. They will organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness, analyze data to provide insights, and gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. Additionally, they will coordinate and execute specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives, tracking metrics and milestones, and may focus on a specific business or group. The role requires creative thinking to propose new solutions and exercising judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules, often working independently.
