About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, client-facing Account Specialist to join a growing luxury beauty packaging agency. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts relationship-builder and problem-solver, with a strong interest in both the creative and technical sides of packaging. This individual will play a critical role in supporting client relationships, managing packaging development projects, and eventually owning accounts end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, project management, or client services, ideally within beauty, packaging, or a related industry
  • Strong interest in (or experience with) packaging development and engineering
  • Ability to understand and communicate both creative and technical concepts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident in client-facing settings
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, supporting day-to-day communication and building strong, trusted relationships
  • Lead and participate in project intake calls, gathering requirements and aligning internal teams on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage packaging development projects from concept through production, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
  • Develop a strong understanding of the technical and engineering aspects of packaging, including how components are designed and manufactured
  • Partner closely with internal teams (design, engineering, production) to bring packaging concepts to life
  • Manage relationships with global vendors, including communication, timelines, and troubleshooting production challenges
  • Send quotes and complex RFQ’s; Review and confirm PO’s
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, acting as a brand ambassador
  • Travel to Asia as needed to support vendor relationships, production oversight, and quality control
  • Support and participate in formal client presentations, with the opportunity to take on a more visible role over time
  • Progress into managing your own accounts with full ownership and client responsibility
