About The Position

Aon is looking for a Account Specialist I!
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Specialist Program/Lawyers Program business group within Aon Affinity.
The Account Specialist Iis a hybrid position located in Boston, MA.

What the day will look like:
Support the team with policy renewals, client service, and retention for the Lawyers program
Communicate with clients via email correspondence and phone
Follow up on client inquiries
Process certificate requests, endorsements, and policy changes
How this opportunity is different:
This role is an introduction to the Aon Affinity Specialty Programs team. You will be encouraged to learn and grow while supporting your colleagues and assisting our clients in the Lawyers Program.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service, office experience
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Insurance or financial services industry experience is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred

Responsibilities

• Ownership of Pipeline Activity and Revenue Retention
• Coordination of Pipeline with Insured and Underwriting Team
• Coordination and Troubleshooting Payment Related Issues
• Generate Referral Opportunities for Cyber Program
• Misc Client Service Issues
