The Account Specialist’s primary focus is client support. Responsibilities include data management/ cleanup, troubleshooting, vendor file submission, spend file analysis and updates. They partner with internal teams to support client needs and ensure satisfaction. The Account Specialist works closely with Account Management to understand client specific strategies and work as a team to achieve established goals and initiatives.
