About The Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for all activities leading to the collection of accounts receivable that are delinquent, utilizing verbal and written communications with shopping center tenants. This role involves working closely with property managers, leasing managers, retailers, and accountants. Daily contact with retail tenants for payment is essential, along with resolving delinquent payment issues, sending out default notices, reconciling retail tenant accounts, and generating various receivables reports. Additionally, the candidate will provide bad debt recommendations.
