About The Position
U.S. Bank is hiring an Account Service Representative position to support our Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) Inquiries Team within Paying/Transfer Agent Operations Group. This position is responsible for department functions supporting Paying/Transfer Agent Operations, including: Inquiry receipt, review, response/resolution (including liaising internally to resolve), Expected & Unallocated, E&U Exceptions. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; maintaining all appropriate documentation Maintaining and developing ongoing internal inter-department and external customer relationships Making recommendations on how to standardize processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency and/or service quality Other tasks as assigned, from time to time.
