You will manage customer service requests and inquiries by applying knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and operations. You will influence our results by establishing customer relationships; ensure a high degree of productivity and quality; including recommending process improvements and increasing digital adoption. You will follow established guidelines and procedures while meeting/exceeding all benchmarks. You will report to the Operations Manager.
