You will manage customer service requests and inquiries by applying knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and operations. You will influence our results by establishing customer relationships; ensure a high degree of productivity and quality; including recommending process improvements and increasing emerging technologies. You will follow established guidelines and procedures while meeting/exceeding all benchmarks. You will report to the Operations Manager.

  • Respond to and process customer service requests and inquiries by applying foundational department knowledge of business, products and customers.
  • Follow established standards while meeting quality and service levels.
  • Develop customer relationships by demonstrating communications and interactions resulting in a positive impact to the business.
  • Influence our results by providing proactive customer service, education and communication.
  • Provide customized service and take ownership.
  • Ensure that distribution partners are aware of operational processes and changes.
  • Coordinate and assist with team and department projects including participating in implementing process improvement idea.
  • Participate in special assignments to meet our needs.
  • Identify business process improvements and assist with implementation.
  • Maintain compliance and adherence with regulatory requirements and Allianz’s AML program.
  • Mitigate AML and sanctions risks through reviewing data and reporting.
  • Create and refine job aids and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and elevate efficiency within processes.
  • 2 or more years experience required: Allianz Operations, Insurance or Financial Industry, in multiple customer service focused areas and AML/financial crimes.
  • Two year degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future.
