About The Position
In the Account Services Representative/Associate role, you will manage customer service requests and inquiries within the Inforce Variable Policyholder Benefits team. You will follow established guidelines and procedures and demonstrate and apply knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and operations. You will influence our results by establishing and growing stakeholder and business partner relationships, ensuring a high degree of productivity and quality. You'll also recommend process improvements through your observations and business acumen and adapt to the changing landscape of automation and technology use within our business. You will report to the Senior Operations Manager.
