About The Position
The position involves participating in the daily activities of the Account Services team, focusing on the processing of cash receipts and adjustments to customer accounts. This includes handling payments through various methods such as credit cards, lockbox, electronic deposits, and branch deposits. The role also emphasizes developing strong relationships with the Account Manager team to resolve payment discrepancies and improve processes, as well as assisting in resolving unapplied cash balances and short payments on customer accounts.
