Under the general supervision of the Account Services AVP, the Account Services Associate II performs a variety of clerical duties necessary to ensure the effective operations of Account Services in conformance with the established policies and procedures of Rockland Federal Credit Union. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years working in account services or payment solutions.
• Knowledge of Rockland Federal Credit Union products/services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and staff both in person and by phone.
• Ability to perform work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain flexible and aware of department needs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook e-mail).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and decisions file processing rejects, such as ACH, check, and other sources.
• Processes returned ACH and check deposits / loan payments.
• Processes ACH origination files.
• Performs tasks ancillary to ACH and check processing, including stop payments and unauthorized transaction claims.
• Processes certificate account maintenance.
• Processes outgoing wire transfer requests.
