About The Position
As an Account Services Associate, you will work directly with customers and help advance the way they pay, bank and invest. This will involve processing support for back-office tasks that help FIS maintain an excellent working relationship with every client.
Requirements
- Typically, 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to type at an accuracy of 99.5% at 55 WPM (Words Per Minute)
- Willingness and flexibility to work mandatory overtime as required by leadership
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Data entry experience within the Healthcare industry
Responsibilities
- You will be performing production Data Entry, including data capture and data validation (process exception handling).
- Makes recommendations to the department supervisor on any matter affecting productivity, efficiency, service, or problem resolution.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
