Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Provide product and service information to clients, ensuring they are well-informed
• Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing account management activities
• Identify opportunities for account growth and communicate these to relevant teams
