The Impact You’ll Make in this Role The CBG USAC – Account Sales Representative will establish and maintain customer relationships, drive sales growth through in-person and virtual sales, up sell, and cross sell strategically aligned products with regional headquarter accounts. This will be accomplished by utilizing detailed product and market knowledge to aid distribution partners. The Account Sales Representative will be accountable to achieve monthly sales goals while driving sales pipeline health and exceeding sales forecast through customer interactions, business plan creation and execution. As a CBG USAC Account Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading our eastern regional retailers & distributor customer base in the pro paint channel. You will work to develop account relationships, expand planogram presence, and drive 3M solutions with these customers. Implement sell-in and sell-out strategies with your accounts to drive planogram execution, promotional plans and new product introductions. This role also is responsible for managing MDF budgets, terms & conditions, price and portfolio changes. Supports a broad sales team to deliver on our targets and to help build & expand our brand presence in market. Introducing new products, and communicating promotions to relevant customers and prospects Presenting and reinforcing 3M value proposition to differentiate 3M from competitive offerings. Maintaining and updating a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecasts. Sharing best practices with the team to promote a positive team environment. Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Three (3) years of Outside Sales or Inside Sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Current, Valid Driver’s license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in-field and home office.
  • Previous home improvement / construction related experience preferred.
  • The ability to speak English and Spanish fluently preferred.
